This page sets out when you are and aren't entitled to a refund for a purchase made on benjaminsonfire.com.

One-off PDF purchases

The PDF products are digital goods. Because they're downloadable immediately on purchase, we treat the sale as final once the file has been downloaded. If you have not downloaded the file yet and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full. After the file has been downloaded, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy overrides consumer-protection rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or the law of your home country.

Live weekly update — subscription

The Live subscription renews automatically. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not trigger a refund of the current period — you retain access until the period ends.

If you were charged for a renewal and wish to cancel and refund the current period, email us within 7 days of the charge date and we will refund it provided you have not received more than one weekly update since the charge.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you bought the same portfolio twice, or bought a single and then the bundle, email us and we'll refund the overlap immediately. No questions.
