Short version: PDFs are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time.
PDFs are digital downloads delivered immediately on payment. All sales are final and non-refundable. Please read the product description before buying.
Nothing in this policy overrides consumer-protection rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or the law of your home country.
The Live subscription renews automatically. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current period — you keep access until the period ends.
If you bought the same product twice, or bought a single and then the bundle, email us and we'll refund the overlap. No questions.
Email benjaminsonfire@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and the approximate date. Refunds, where granted, are processed back to the original card via Stripe and typically appear in your bank 3–10 business days later.
